Kandyle offers handcrafted candles and personalised products (mugs, pots). Due to the handcrafted nature, each piece is unique. Personalised products featuring photos provided by the customer are made according to their technical specifications.
The customer validates their order by choosing the payment method. In the case of a pre-order with cash on delivery, the customer commits to honouring payment upon receipt of their parcel.
In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (CEL), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts supplying goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (products with photos, specific engravings, etc.). For non-personalised products, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
