Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product during transport, we accept returns and will provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the defect.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for non-personalised items within 14 days, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Return Conditions

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days in their original packaging.

Exceptions

Candles that have been lit or personalised products featuring your photos cannot be returned or exchanged.
